Waypoint went full-tilt into the Colorado/Canada connection on this north-of-the-border shoot with Denver Nuggets point guard Jamal Murray (a Canadian native). Our local Toronto-based crew, led by director Michael McGrath, used everything in a cinema nerd’s dream toolbox: Steadicam, dolly, uber-wide lens, and even a low-tech goodie - the home camcorder. Murray was the ultimate good sport, as we shot multiple set-ups on a tight schedule.
